Inverse Class-F Power Amplifiers – Efficient Improving Instrument of Radio Transmitter Energy Characteristics

Abstract

This paper describes energy characteristics of inverse class-F power amplifier with limited quantity of harmonics and defines load characteristics for this type of amplifiers. As a result of the research, allowed ranges of parameter values for class and scheme are defined, where high energy characteristics are saved.
