Information and analytical centers as the way of intellectual resources development in the modern society

Abstract

For business intelligence purposes, an analytical center, public authorities, local governments and nongovernmental organizations have been identified. Particular emphasis is put on the importance of analytical centers’ creation at large Russian universities with a solid scientific and expert potential. The article provides information about the functional purpose and ideology of Information and Analytical Center of South Ural State University and the ideology of the Center’s Internet portal.
