Abstract

The process of enterprise management requires constant co-improvement and making the appropriate changes. This fact implies the choice of an effective instrument for obtaining reliable information. To solve this problem the modern market of software in addition to the basic program offers specialized software. As an example of such programs in the article the information system, forming relationships with customers (CRM-system) is described. The basic functions of CRMsystem from the perspective of business management are defined and the analysis of the economic efficiency of this system in the activities of the company is given.
