Decision-Making Conceptual Model of Personnel Development of Engineering Enterprise
Abstract
The article deals with improving the system of information processing in order to ensure the development of the management staff. On the basis of a systematic approach and the management cycle Deming-Shuhart, held decomposition of the system and proposed a generalized conceptual model. Analysis of the generalized conceptual model allows two main functions of the system of information processing: assessment of the level of readiness of personnel to implement the core business and the formation of an optimum development plan for staff. Consideration of these tasks within the analytical strategic planning reveals the basic of features. Assessing the level of preparedness of personnel is seen as a direct solution to the problem of planning, and odds-mation of the optimal plan staff development within the inverse problem solution planning. This study allows to form the structure of an information processing system.Published
