Method of Priority Vector Forming for Areas of the Personnel Development of Machine-Building Enterprise

Abstract

The article is devoted to improvement of the Computer Aided Management System of personnel development of Machine-Building Enterprise. In the article the algorithm of forming of priorities vector for areas of staff development on the basis of the indicative approach and creation of an indicative matrix is considered. The resulting vector of the priorities provides an assessment of the trends in the development of personnel management system, and making reasonable decisions. The technique of an assessment of the global level of development of staff is offered. It is shown that the offered approach allows to reveal the strong and weaknesses of a personnel management system, to realize the information support of management decision-making for the purpose of optimum use of the human capital.
