The Optimization Procedure of Rotary-Kiln Operations

Abstract

Rotary-kiln extremum characteristics are considered. Identification method of rotarykiln extremum characteristics by using statistical data is proposed. Optimization procedure of rotary-kiln operations is proposed. The optimization procedure includes: retention of blowing on the trajectory of high-production gradient, motion along the trajectory and reverse motion in case of rotary-kiln efficiency decrease. The procedure contributes to high rotary-kiln productivity and cost minimization.
