Model of the Process of Implementation of Lean Training + Six Sigma

Abstract

The article describes the main tools of lean production and six Sigma, process, method  of «lean production + six sigma», visualized using cards processes on the basis of IDEF0 methodology that allows to establish the relationship between its elements.
