The automated way of maintenance of tickets purchase by suburban train passengers

Abstract

The questions of to the fight against ticketless travel in suburban trains is considered. As a result the relation to the consumer is reconsidered. Proceeding from this message, results of questioning of satisfaction of the passenger are presented. First of all they concern ticket purchase. Monitoring of a journey payment by method of "double entry accounting" is carried out. On the basis of research the way of the termination of war with passengers, maintenance of payment of journey and monitoring by suburban trains is developed. At an input the passenger receives a magnetic card with the information on landing station. On an exit there is a registration of a station of destination by means of a terminal. So goes the ticket collection and the card comes back to the ticket examiner.
