Method for determination of professional skills level of the air staff air force using the training means

Abstract

The definition technique of the level dynamics of professional skills of RUSSIAN AIR FORCE flying personnel when using the technical trainig means is based on the student individual psychological qualities at vocational and psychological screening in aeronautical UNIVERSITY entry level training and adequacy of used exercise equipment. The requirement for the didactic opportunities expansion of the educational-training programtechnical means in the modeling direction of real information and psychological conditions for personnel professional activity is formulated.
