Effective prediction of energy resources consumption by cost criterion

Abstract

The method of effective prediction of energy resources consumption by technological processes by the criterion of minimizing cost of prediction error is proposed. The regularization of ill-formulated prediction problems on the basis of process standard characteristics is considered.
