STUDY ON BROMOCYCLIZATION OF S-ALLYL DERIVATIVES OF 3-MERCAPTO-1,2,4-TRIAZOLES

Abstract

It has been found from ¹Н NMR data that bromination of S-allyl derivatives of 3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles proceeds to give the bromocyclization products ([1,3]thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazolium and [1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3]thiazinium bromides) and the products of bromine addition to the double bond of alkenyl moiety.
