THE REGULARITIES OF ANION SORPTION BY AMORPHOUS OXYHYDROXIDES (REVIEW)
Abstract
The main results of systematical fundamental research of anionic complexes of platinum metals, chromium and iron sorption, as well as anions that are environment pollutants (arsenate, phosphate, oxalate), by amorphous oxyhydroxides of iron, zirconium, aluminium and chromium have been summarily expounded. The sorption mechanisms are presented in the light of the modern view upon the interaction of ions with an electrically charged surface and the formation of sorption complexes.
