Abstract

The results of research for urban planning trends in the development of the cities and
their transport systems are given. The necessity and practicability of the construction of
large mixed-use complexes of provision services for the residents of the city as well as engineering
and urban planning necessity of underground space development of the city for
the solution of key transport and engineering problems of residential areas are shown
