BALANCED SCHEDULING AND ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL MODELING IN CONSTRUCTION: THEORY AND PRACTICE
Abstract
General functions of management in construction companies are considered, and the
sequence of their realization is analyzed. The technique of balanced scheduling of construction
and installation works (CIW) on the basis of organizational and technological
model of object and technological relations is given; it is described by the minimum extent
of technological relations in the beginning and in the end of activities, temporary range of
execution of the work, duration of the construction and points of criticality of execution of
work.
Ways of modernization of scheduling in construction companies which are pointed to
the increase of labour productivity, decrease of production cost and competitive recovery
of construction companies are suggested.
