    is Doctor of Sciences
    (Engineering), Professor, a councilor of Russian
    Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences,
    Department Chairman of the Construction Materials
    Department of South Ural State University. Research
    interests: the increase of resistance of reinforced concrete
    structures by adjusting the structure of the concrete
    due to modification of the hydration products of
    mineral binder to increase their dispersibility and stability
    in conditions of aggressive external environment

  • Ivan Polikarpovich DOBROVOLSKIY

    is a Doctor
    of Science (Engineering), a professor. Research interests:
    pigments for building industry, industrial waste 

    and the use of pigments, paint materials, finishing dry
