Abstract

The authors make an analysis of a number and a proportion of nonresident students of
Architecture and Construction Faculty of South Ural State University and places of their residence.
The proportion of nonresident students makes up practically a half of all students of
the faculty. The students’ interest in Chelyabinsk dwelling is growing. The article presents
the dynamics of housing construction in Chelyabinsk for the last 5 years.
