Abstract

The paper is devoted to the revitalization tasks of large-scale construction residential environment,
scientific basis of reconstruction principles. It analyses the practical experience of
large-scale series residential buildings rehabilitation; discovers problematic engineeringtechnological
and organizational aspects; shows tendencies of residential environment transformation
in modern social economic conditions; suggests design models of the 97 series large
panel buildings modernization in Chelyabinsk.
