Abstract

The examined interconnection of a housing unit density and a complex town-planning
territorial estimate (CTTE) enables us to define more exactly town-planning indicators in the
process of reconstruction and intensification of the urban area usage. Correlations between
complex town-planning territorial estimate (CTTE) factors and the density of residential areas
and districts are defined for Chelyabinsk.
