MODULAR APPROACH TO ASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF PROJECT ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

A modular approach method is proposed, which allows to analyze the quality level of a project organization by grouping key indicators into interconnected blocks that reflect the scheme of the design production process and to form a rating indicator for use in supervisory procedures and market relations. The relevance is confirmed by a significant increase in the number of low-quality project documentation, accidents and budget losses as a result of its unreliability. The quality indicators are determined, the main modules for evaluation are distinguished. Standard block diagrams and quality control sheets are developed.
