DEVELOPMENT OF NATURAL FRAMEWORK OF THE CITY OF KRASNOYARSK BASED ON ECOLOGICAL COMPENSATION

Abstract

The article considers the territorial development of the natural framework on the example of Krasnoyarsk taking into account the new master plan until 2033. The existing medium-constituting, medium-forming elements of the natural structure are considered. The main environmental problems are presented and the factors influencing the state of the environment in the whole city are revealed (based on the results of comprehensive assessment of the city). The definition of the method of "ecological compensation" is given. As a key result, a possible complex of territorial planning and engineering measures is suggested for development and preservation of potentially promising natural dominants, on the example of a large structural element "Karaulnaya Gora".
