THE ALGORITHM OF DEVELOPING FINANCING SCHEDULE FOR INVESTMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Abstract

The article is focused on the analysis of the importance of financing schedule as a means
of successful realization in investment and construction project. The article dwells on the classic
methods of developing construction schedule diagrams. The author introduces an algorithm
for developing financing schedules, which is based on a system of consecutive corrections
of schedule diagram templates introduced on the basis of the experience accumulated by
the author during work on earlier, completed projects.
